ATIS and Avionic System Tech.

Can anyone tell me if ATIS or Avionic System Tech. work on the navy ships?  I'm going to remuster to ATIS or Avionic system tech. and if any of the trait have you sail with the navy, then I won't bother.  I just need some info.
