Looking for information on Robert Germain

Looking for information on my uncle Robert Germain who joined the Royal Canadian engineers on 13 MAY 1942 in Petawawa (his ID was D19101" and later went to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and England.
My uncle died back in the 70‘s and we are looking for information for his sons.
