Varicocele

Hello,

I would like to know if having varicocele would be a reason for rejection.
I'm interested in applying for the Financial Services Administrator position, should I consider undergoing a surgery before applying?

Firstly, no one here is going to give you the answer you seek. As always, Recruiting is your best source of information.

Secondly, varicocele are essentially benign and typically do not require treatment. Your chief risks are testicular atrophy and infertility. I would recommend a non-urgent referral to a urologist so that any potential questions could be addressed before you get too deep into the recruiting process.
